Standard and Poor’s Credit Rating – August 2023

On 15 August 2023, Standards & Poor's reaffirmed the long-term issuer rating of Housing 21 as 'A-' with a stable outlook. They comment that Housing 21 will continue to see strong and increasing demand for its services in retirement housing and extra care, which will drive stable and predictable rental revenue and support financial performance.
