The court comprises 28 one and two bedroom cottages, set in attractive communal gardens, which residents are welcome to help tend. There is a residents’ lounge on the site for social activities, and a well-equipped laundry room. It also has two Car parks.

Doctors, dentists, places of worship and the bus station are all in easy reach of the court. The thriving city centre, with its Tudor heritage and famous cathedral, is a few minutes walk away.
